I just wasn't clear about this. I'm still waiting in line to be verified, but in the mean time, can I send LORS from my pre-med committee before receiving an actual 2ndary?

Thanks.

I think most schools want you to wait until you get a secondary.

As soon as you get approved for a secondary, then send the LOR's even before you finish the secondary. LOR's can really hold up your file but I would not send in any LOR's until you get a secondary from a particular medical school. That's just my $.02!!!!

My undergraduate institution's premed committee typically sends out LOR packages/committee letters to all schools in one shot. They don't wait until they find out which schools have sent you a secondary..it would be far too much tracking and time consuming to do this for every applying student. Having talked to many friends already done with the process or in the middle of it now, it seems this is not uncommon for committee letters/packages.
