Sending PCAT Score Through Pharmcas

So I took the PCAT September 3rd, and the official scores are up now. When I checked my score, I realized I didn't send my score to one of the schools I really want to go to. How do I add another school to send my score to? I'm going to be applying for the 2015-2016 cycle, so do I just wait until I start my Pharmcas application to add schools? Also, do I have to wait until the Pharmas application for the 2015-2016 cycle opens in July, or can I start it earlier?

Do you send the scores to PharmCas and they send it to the school? Or do you have to send it to PharmCas and the school?

you just add pharmcas-watertown when you sign up for pcat.
if the school uses pharmcas application then all good
