Sending transcripts with update letter?

Is it a good idea to send in my transcipts if I state what I got in my update letter/LOI for the fall semester? I know schools want a transcript to be sent after graduation, but do Adcoms even look at my transcript for fall grades? I'm asking this because I got a bad grade during the summer that didn't show up when I sent in my AMCAS, but did pretty well in the fall.
