Sent out AMCAS before I got my Spring Term grades

I'm just wondering whether anyone here goes to a school which operates on a trimester system. If so, then I was wondering that if we submitted our AMCAS before we recieved our spring term grades, at what point do we have to submit the updated transcript that has the spring term grades on them? Do we submit it once we are accepted? /Thanks.

i wasn't planning on sending amcas a final transcript. those courses for spring i just put as current, or whatever the option was. i figure we'll bring updated transcripts to schools if they ask for them e.g. for secondaries or during interviews.
