Separate track International Dentist Pragrams vs "United" Track with americans

Hey everybody!
I guess this topic hasn't been discussed here.

You all know about 2 types of Advanced Standing programs.One is a separate program for international dentists,the other consists of an introductory course and then they combine american students with International dentists into one group.

Do you know if one is any better then the other? Is there any difference in diplomas upon graduation,prestige of the degree, is it easier to get a job with one, etc.....?
