Seton Hall vs Catholic University

I was looking at either Seton Hall or the Catholic University of America for undergrad education, possibly transferring to another school afterwards.

I have heard a lot of bad things about Seton Hall, but not so much about CUA.

Anyone familiar with these institutions?

If you're catholic I bet you could get some good scholarships at CUA.
+Washington DC = Nice
There are 6 students for every member of faculty on campus.

Cons:
Lack of diversity
Lack of athletics
Lack of Greek Life (If you're into that)
High Room & Board Prices

I'd choose Rutgers over those two schools any day.

More opportunity, and most importantly, cheaper. Not to mention, with the Rutgers/UMDNJ merger this July, I'd imagine being a Rutgers student would help you get into their MS or DS.
