Shadowing or Clinical volunteering?

* Spent summer one day per week volunteering with pediatrician who gave over her practice a day a week to provide free care to an under served immigrant community.

* activities were holding babies/toddlers while getting their shots, plus some sibling wrangling while Dr spoke with parents

Is this shadowing?

Or clinical volunteering?
