Should I apply next cycle or wait?

I know that nobody has responded yet, but I'm also concerned about how much I'll be able to study for the MCAT next spring considering that I'll be taking 8 hours of credits, doing ~10 hours of research per week, along with trying to volunteer just as much as I have been this semester. I feel like either my MCAT studying or volunteering hours will suffer and these also make me feel like it could be advantageous to take another year.

If you follow through with your plans as outlined you should be good...but as you are already aware, the MCAT will be the main deciding factor. As long as you do well on it, you should be in good shape.
