You are competitive for all DO schools. You have a chance at low tier MD schools and your state MD schools. If you want to maximize your chances, you should apply mostly DO.

If you are satisfied with those odds, then apply. If you want to reach higher, you should consider improving your MCAT (easier said than done).

You could apply to these OOS MD schools:
West Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Georgetown
George Washington
NOVA MD
Also add a few more DO schools such as MU-COM, LECOM, PCOM, UP-KYCOM and WVSOM

Hello, thanks for the responses! I will definitely try to retake the MCAT before I apply since I was hitting 510+ on almost all practice tests. However, I looked into most of those schools and my GPA is higher than most of their averages, would this be able to makeup for my mcat score if I don't retake? Cause I feel like I have pretty strong application in all areas except mcat for the moment.
