Should I bug GW again?

I have been verified by AMCAS since June 5 and haven't received GW's secondary. I emailed them and they said:

"GW receives transmissions from AMCAS weekly. Their time for verifying applications varies therefore, your application may not have been transmitted at the same time as someone else who applied at the same time. In addition, for some reason, the date AMCAS states they have sent information to schools is not always the date we receive it. In fact, it is often a couple of weeks off. As soon as we do receive your primary application, we will immediately email you our secondary application."

Should I bug them again? Maybe try calling? It bothers me SLIGHTLY that even though I got everything in early, I am going to get my secondary in "late" for them..

Write a succinct email requesting a secondary. Include your AMCAS ID and full name. I rec?d my secondary the next day as a response to my email.

If your previous e-mail did not accomplish the above, I?d resend an email and follow up with a call the next day. If your email did state the above info then I?d call today. They don?t screen but do receive many many apps ? so it is in your interest to get this submitted ASAP. G?Luck!

PS: you?ll still be ?early? for the secondary? some schools don?t send the LOR till later this month or even September!

I called them a few weeks ago and they gave me the same explanation they gave you (something about sending them groups of apps out every week). The next week I emailed them and had a secondary the next day...if its important for you to get this secondary in, then I think by all means you should bug them til you get it.

hey lisa, i understand your plight. GW screwed up my application too, so i had to email them and they emailed me right back with the secondary. if you still haven't gotten it, just PM me and i can send you the pdf file.

Thank you all. I ended up calling and the women was really nice. She sent me the email within 10 minutes! Makes me wish I had called sooner, oh well!
