Medical Should I disclose on primary I am a reapplicant?

I am a reapplicant. This past cycle I had 2 WLs. I only applied to 9 schools this cycle as I thought I would get into one of the state schools.
My question is on my revised primary essay is it okay to disclose upfront that I am a reapplicant. It flows better from a self-reflection point. I am planning on applying widely this cycle. Most schools I apply to will not be as a reapplicant.
Your thoughts appreciated.

Not worth mentioning; that's not what the Primary is for. Secondaries are likely to ask this.

I wouldn't mention it on your primary. If you really want to, mention it on your secondary essays where you can really explain your situation and how you have improved your application over the year.

No. And you should apply to DO schools where you wouldn't be considered a reapplicant.
