I have an A- in my 3 quarters of Biology, but a C+ in an introductory bio course that was actually very hard and a prereq for the bio series
A, A-, A in 3 quarters of Physics
A-, B, B- in 3 quarters of general inorganic chemistry
B-, B in 2 quarters of Organic Chemistry ( 1 more quarter left for Ochem 3)
C+ in precalc 1
B in precalc 2
B-, B- in Calc 1 and calc 2
D+ in Calc 3
A- in Statistics
Still have to take BIOCHEM 1 and BIOCHEM 2

Overall Science GPA of around 3.1 with a cGPA of around 3.45

As you can see, my grades are all over the place and I don't really know what to do. The D+ in Calc 3 brings my grade down a lot, but its not a requirement for med schools. I took it because I was a computer science major before but changed to premed. So I'm not really sure if I should retake, plus I don't remember anything from calc 1 and 2. Even If I do retake anything do I even have a chance at MD schools or should I just concentrate on DO schools. I also don't have any research experience except for a poster project for Bio 1 but no publications. Just wanted to add that, not sure if it makes a difference. I decided late on medical school.
