Should I drop a possible B-?

I have a final coming up for my class and my grade in the class could range from a B- to a B+ depending on my final. If I do really bad (get a C on the final which is unlikely) I could get a C+ possibly. Should I drop?

If I drop it my overall sGPA for all 3 years will be a 3.98 vs a 3.93. Still not worth it? I got sick for one of my exams which kinda screwed me.
