Should I explain "w"s in the explanatory section?

Different reasons for different W's: withdrew to work more hours; foolishly tried to take intensive O Chem and Physics in the same summer term, etc.

Frankly, I never would have guessed I'd ever be applying to vet school so I didn't think the W's would ever come up.

A note in the explanation statement section should be enough to explain what happened.

I had two and thats what I did. The first was when I was really sick for a time sophmore year and had to drop chem after falling behind the other was when i accidentally signed up for two math classes, one was not a requirement and way over my head, didnt find out which I needed till after add/drop week so I dropped it then
