I apply next summer for Med. schools. I will have all my pre-reqs. done except for calculus. I was planning on taking Calc. 1 in the spring semester, applying for med schools over the summer, and taking the second semester of calculus after I apply to schools in the fall 2009. Does not having this class, calc. 2, done before I apply hurt me much? Thanks

Maybe two schools in the entire country require Calc 2, and they won't care when you get it done as long as you get it done before you matriculate, not apply. So no, it won't matter.

This does not hurt you, especially if its only one class. There's a category on AMCAS for classes you will take.
