I am looking through the newest MSAR book and I notice that most medical school require 2 semesters or 8 hours of organic chemistry and the lab. However, I only completed 7 hrs. I didn't do organic chemistry II lab. Should I go back to school for that credit?

Well, I don't think you have a choice in the matter if you intend to apply to medical schools that have that requirement. As you stated, most schools have this requirement. Thus, you'll more than likely need to fulfill it before you matriculate. Luckily, Organic Chemistry lab is not that difficult, only time consuming. :)
