Should I invest in a secondary essay editing service?

Do a lot of people actually use secondary editing services? I feel like I'm burning through my savings, but as a reapplicant I really don't want to skimp out on an secondary essay editing service if it's helpful. I'm from Canada, where there are no secondary essays and only a handful of my friends have applied to US schools, so I'm not sure what the norm is for US applications. Any advice is appreciated!
