Should I just graduate by winter 2016 and take the rest of my courses after?

I still have to take Biochem (this upcoming fall semester), and physics 1/2. I have not taken the MCAT yet but I plan on studying for it early next year and taking the MCAT around May. What do you guys think? Will it look bad if I take physics 1/2 online at UNE after graduation?

I would try to get your physics course in before you graduate. The topics will help you prepare for some of the material on your MCAT. That will also free up time you would be in the course later to re-take the MCAT, if necessary. If you are saying you graduate this December, it really depends on what you're comfortable with. A committee may be more forgiving if you do more poorly in the class while taking Biochem and studying for the MCAT.
