Medical Should I list being the president of a service organization under non-medical community service or leadership?

I'm not sure which category I should list this experience under to strengthen my application. My current non-medical community service hours are 3x more than my leadership hours, so I am inclined to list this under leadership, but I've been told by some that this position does not qualify.

As the president, I planned and led service projects, reached out to local organizations to collaborate on community involvement events, held weekly general body meetings, provided members with numerous ways to engage in the community, and oversought the members on the executive board/ delegated tasks.

I'm not sure there are hard rules about this. If your involvement has been that long, I think either category works.

Unless you were dealing with children, it sounds like leadership to me. If you use the Leadership tag, the dates and total hours should be related only to the leadership role and not any affiliated hands-on community service (unless you were a group leader every time).
