I have applied for 2019-2020 MD Admissions, and I have gotten absolutely no response from the 25 schools that I have applied to. I have gotten under review emails from a couple over a month/two months ago, but I am starting to freak out especially as so many people have already gotten interviews or some kind of hold/rejection. Should I be contacting them just to ask for the status of my app?
No, unless you want to telegraph that you're needy and anxious.

Patience is a virtue; the need for instant gratification is not.

Schools stratify the apps as they come in and don't send out secondaries or IIs merely in chronological order.

Secondaries are often a tax on the hopelessly naïve, if not pathologically optimistic.

Not directed at you, OP, but SDNers are advised to not to have the mindset of “I sent in my apps; where are my IIs???!!!”
