A school i applied to recently informed me that my physician recommender uploaded a letter that was missing letterhead and/or a signature. They will need an updated LOR to review my file. I spoke to AACOMAS and they said it must be sent to each school individually.

Should I proactively send the letter to each school I have received a secondary from? or should I wait until they reach out to me? My doctor is very busy and I don't really want to bother her with sending emails to 13 different schools if I don't have to..

Thanks in advance!

I think it depends on how many letters you sent originally.

If you know this physician's letter is amazing and personal, then I would just send the updated letters to the schools. You want to make sure they USE the letter when evaluating you for an interview. If you don't send an updated letter, they could just throw out that letter and then it won't help you (if it was a good letter).
