Okay... so me and Chemistry do not get along well. I always seem to get crappy grades in my Chemistry courses. I am contemplating on whether or not I should retake Gen Chem II if I received a C- in the course. I am also contemplating on whether or not I should instead take another Chemistry class ( Quant or Biochem for example). Should I retake Gen Chem II or can I still get into MD/DO Medical school with that grade? HELP!!!!:confused::confused:

You might. The majority of colleges require a flat "C" in a prerequisite course. Some may offer waivers. It's up to you if to trouble yourself with that or simply retake. Given that chemistry is heavily tested on the MCAT, you are better off understanding it well.

Usually I would say no but if you don't understand it well do it because o t he MCAT that is a major part
