First time posting on here so I'm not too sure how this all works.

MCAT: 507
cGPA: 3.65
nonscience: 3.83
sgpa: ~3.5

Currently a medical scribe. Have about 100 volunteer hours and plan on taking part in many more. I plan on applying in June of 2018.
I have multiple Shadowing Hours for DO. LOR from DO and MD. I'm also a URM (Mexican American) and a California Resident.

Basically, I'm wondering if I should take the MCAT again and try to get a better score or focus on other parts of my application??

My goal is to stay in California and therefore my target schools are:
Western in Pomona
Touro in Vallejo
...followed by any other DO schools starting with AZCOM, CCOM, and NYITCOM

Also, I'd like to apply to MD schools to increase my chances of an interview but I don't know what schools I would have a chance of getting into with my low MCAT score... any help is appreciated, thanks!
