I have been out of school for a year and a half and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this.
Should I still have my LOR sent to the premed advisor at Grand Valley State, my undergrad univ?
If yes, great, if no how should I go about using the LOR?
Thanks

You'll need to check with them. Generally your undergrad premed office will still handle this sort of thing even when you have been out for some time. If not, there are some commercial LOR/dossier services available (but I don't offhand know their names/info).
