So I have a dumb question... my app has been pretty much done for a few weeks now but I haven't submitted because I was trying to squeeze in extra shadowing hours. I also wanted to wait until my new scribe job started so I could list it. I only have about 28hrs with the same surgeon and have been wasting the last few weeks trying to find other opportunities. Everything has fallen through for one reason or another and I don't think hanging onto my app any longer is going to help me. Is it possible to still shadow after applying and list anything new on secondaries or update letters? Just wondering what y'all think. I feel like I've been spending too much time on SDN and everyone's bajillion shadowing/volunteer hours is intimidating me.

yes you can still update, but you need to submit now! the wait for verification is at least 3 weeks if not a month or more now
