Should I talk about a major experience in my PS that I have no way to verify?

Hi - basically, a bulk of my PS is about an eye-opening experience of volunteering for a month in a free clinic. This was organized by my high school's human rights club - but the thing is no one kept formal records of me ever volunteering there. So - would it be a problem if someone asks me to verify this experience I wrote about in my PS and I'm unable to do so??

Just about everything on AMCAS EC's list is unverifiable, so don't worry about it.
