I've heard (and noticed) that a lot of pre-meds at my university are taking General Chemistry this quarter. I've also heard that it's easier to get a good grade in the class if I take it during the winter quarter instead of the fall quarter (because fewer pre-meds take it during the winter quarter). So should I just wait until the winter quarter to take the General Chemistry series? Or should I just take the class and deal with it? I'm only taking 13 units this quarter. The only other hard class/prerequisite being Calculus.

ADCOMS won't care that you took your prereqs during covid unless you pulled some clearly sketchy ****. I'd take it this semester, simply because the chem track is the longest (biochem requires having taken orgo, and orgo requires having taken gen chem)
