Should One Take A Prep Course for the NEW CBT Mcat?

There is not a big change with the CBT. If you didn't do well on certain sections you need to find the best way to study. We don't know you so we can't tell you. If you self-studied the past two times, maybe a structured course would help. Or maybe you just need better material. Most likely if you didn't do well the past two times I'm going to assume its study habits (and they really low verbal!)

Don't freak out about the CBT portion, its really not that big of a deal if you know how to operate a computer.

I would suggest you really work on that verbal score and maybe look into osteopathic schools.

Honestly, the prep-course isn't goign to help much if you don't know how to study ...
