Motivations usually have a few parts to them. It's pretty reasonable want to make a good living in a field that one is interested in.
I kind of think a masters in Health Care admin. probably gives the most bling for the effort in health care. Health care is an enormous part of our enormous economy. The most talented & hard working people go to med school. Some misguided fools even try to win noble prizes. Meanwhile, I know borderline idiots getting rich in the Hospital Admin biz.
