Signature on a letter of evaluation

CAAPID mentions that an 'original signature ' is required on a letter of recommendation.Does this mean an electronic signature? A scanned signature? Please help

It means regular signature. Whoever is uploading the letter first has to print it and sign and then scan it and upload
