There are 2 main public health companies in Singapore: Singhealth and NHG (National Healthcare Group). Singhealth, being the bigger group, employs more doctors. The last I heard, they were looking for foreign docs to work the night shift in A&E.
Before u get a job in s'pore, u need to be BOARD registered. To find out more, u can go to the NHG forum: http://www.lokun.nhg.com.sg/ or the Sigapore Medical Council.
Hello! I am a hungarian just graduated doctor from Budapest. I would like to work/specialize to ophthalmology in singapure. Anyone can help me with advice and tell me if it is difficult to get in there, or is it possible? Thank you!

Check with the Singapore medical board. Singapore recognizes MD degress only from a few international medschool around the globe (e.g. not even half of US medschools). Most likely your medschool is not on the list.
