Check with the Singapore medical board. Singapore recognizes MD degress only from a few international medschool around the globe (e.g. not even half of US medschools). Most likely your medschool is not on the list.

I think there is still some kind of possibility but would have to contact the singapore medical board and ask. Hope it helps.
