single mother & medical school?

Any single moms out there who's experienced med school and have some words of encouragement for me? I have a 10 month-old, and want to go to med school, but I am really worried about the time and committment involved and the guilt that I am going to feel about not spending as much time with her. Help! I am really stressing here!

i think there's a similar forum on www.mommd.com for MD moms....they'll prolly be able to give you more advice than here.
