What are the six states that require you to do an internship before your residency in order to be licensed? I've checked around various websites and have been unsuccessful in figuring this out. Thank you.

First, there are five states that require you to do an AOA approved internship for licensure. They are 1)Michigan 2)Pennsylvania 3)West Virginia 4)Florida 5)Oklahoma.
