I'm new

Discovered this site 2 days ago and cant help but be fascinated by it. Oh boy, im going to be addicted...i can just feel it!

Okay, let me introduce myself. Im a BDS graduate from India. Came to the US a month ago. I would love to work here. Im not sure about what options i have. I have heard of the NBDE and would like to try that. Is there anything else that I can try? Can anyone give me an idea of what i should start on and what are my options. Im kinda lost right now...

would appreciate it a lot if you guys could help me find my way around here....
