I just wanted to know if any SDNers are going to be in the Special Masters Program at Georgetown for the year 2003. :)

I won't be there...but I have looked into this program in case I don't get in during this coming cycle. I'm curious to know...what made you choose this program over some of the other 1 year master's programs? Also, how easy is it to get into their med school after completing their program? Thanks

Lady bug~
I chose this program over other 1 year masters for the following reasons:
1. no research (only library research during the summer, after all the classes are finished) *I liked the idea of that, so I can concentrate on my classes during the academic year*
2. Offers medical school classes (If you do well in them, it will show the medical schools that you can do well in medical school. But if you don't do well, then... :( )
3. 80% of their students have been accepted in to medical schools
4. "first and longest running program of its kind"
Here is the link to the program's website http://www.go.to/physio Hope you find it useful. :)

*sorry about the other post, my dumb mouse on my lap top made me accidently hit the send button, when I wasn't finished*
