SMP Linkage with Dental Schools

I'm sorry if this question has been overly exhausted, but I wanted to update the question and ask if there was any other SMP's that have linkages (guaranteed interview).

I know Midwestern University, Nova Southeastern University and Barry have linkages, Creighton has a guaranteed acceptance, but is there anywhere else you guys/gals recommend?
