my interviews, at least, were really chill. chances are that several others will have the same interviewers before you so they may tell you a few questions ahead of time. lots of downtime. they take you into these really really tiny 5x8 ft. rooms that contain 4 thin walls, a table and a clock (which you can't see). that's it. kinda disconcerting when you first enter the rooms, but when you start talking, you'll appreciate how non-distracting the environment is.
just know: you only get about 20-30 minutes per interview, so really make sure you use them.
also know: when you enter the hospital, go to the med school building and go to the 5th floor.
-also make sure you ask when we hear a decision. i've tried calling and asking and they haven't told me when to even think about receiving an answer.
-good luck!
