I have stopped checking my snail mail, because I'm on break, and I'm neither at home or at school. Am I missing anything? It seems that most schools use e-mail for invites, and I can call the others for status updates.

Can anyone post some schools that for sure use snail mail to invite you for an interview?

It seems like you're asking what schools will ONLY mail you a letter but NOT email you for interviews.

Only school I can think of: UCLA (But can check on status page)

Mount Sinai does send out email interview invites...I forgot if Dartmouth sends an email or not. Columbia emails out interview offers too
