how do you prepare for the canadian dental eligibility test? is it the same as ADA? i'm just wondering if canada adheres to the british school of thought as oppossed to the american? anyway i plan to take both exams and still would like to buy ADA reprints and dental decks both parts from someone in this area so that i dont get scammed.
