A lot of B/B+'s in my classes. Oddly enough orgo was the only class I got A's in (and a LOR ). slight downward trend but not major

I am very smart but a little lazy - I want to go to a good research school - UNC would be great. In state, 511 MCAT, 3.6c/3.5s

What are your EC's? Any shadowing or clinical volunteering hours? Where is your state of residence?

as i said i'm in state for UNC - NC

my EC's are average: I have a lot of work/job, moderate volunteering (clinical and non), moderate-high research, 20-30 hours shadowing. my LOR are the strong point of my application (as a guess - i obviously can't read them but)

Your best chances would be at Brody and UNC where you should receive interviews. You could also receive interviews at these schools so apply to most of these:
Quinnipiac
Vermont
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
GW
Georgetown
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
