<SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!>

I guess I'm pretty dense as I had to have this explained to me, so for those of you are on the tl;dr boat, here is a condensed description:

1. Guy pees on home pregnancy test and it comes back positive
2. Guy posts it on internet for the lulz
3. Guy is informed by others that he may have elevated levels of B-HCG which caused the pregnancy test to come back positive but also may be a sign of testicular cancer
4. Guy gets checked by his doctor and turns out he actually DOES have testicular cancer

Moral of the story: Teh internets can save your life.
