Hi,

I am going to take the calirfonia bench exam next year. I'd like to get some information before I start preparing for it.
1) How to apply for the exam? Where to get the application forms?
2) What tools are required? Where to buy?
3) How often can I take the exam if I failed once? Is there a maximum number of trial for a person?
4) Is the bench exam going to be extended to 2008?
5) Is there any program helping preparation for the exam?
