Some schools consider Filipinos to be URM?

I have read on both UCSF's and UCSD's websites that they consider Filipinos to be URM, and I have heard that UCI and UC Davis also consider us to be URM but I haven't been able to find anything on their school websites confirming their definitions of URM.

Does anyone know if any other UC's or CA schools (or other schools in general) also consider Filipinos to be URM?
