New, hardly used, clean, no damages. Comes with original user's manual, USB cable, video/tv cable, Ambico padded carrying case (black), SONY NP-FM30 3 hour battery, and extra SONY NP-FM91 large battery (10 hours of recording...a $55 value!), and I will throw in any video cassettes if I find them.
