Medical student couple (I'm starting up at MSUCHM and my husband, who is a DO, is starting osteopathic family med residency) looking to rent out room in our home.

Home is two-story and 3 bedroom/3 bath. The master bedroom is occupied by the homeowners and the 3rd bedroom is a study.
