Has anyone read the southern illinois curricular objectives handbook before?
If so, how closely do the objectives resemble the learning objectives for current SIU students?

I am a student there. If you are referring to curriculum 2000 - and what it means - it is PBL. There are a few scattered lectures here and there but for the most part the curriculum is driven by tutor groups - with learning objectives. If you have any questions specifically you can PM me.
