How many people do you think are on this list? They have 20 spots for out of staters and I don't think that they over accept. I know a couple of people have given up their spots from out of state (Thanks!). It appears that this list is divided into quarters and that they will only tell you which quarter you are in. Any comments or educated guesses as to the size of the list and how many might get in off the list?
