Specialty opions...

I just finished reading How to Choose a Medical Specialty by Anita D. Taylor. I thought the book was excellent yet my view of other specialties remains clouded. I still have time and experience ahead of me before I will have to make my decision but I still would like to develop an idea of what is out there. Especially since I learned many residencies require considerable planning (opthamology, dermatology).
My question is, what do you like and don't like in your speciality residency? How would you sell it?? If you read the book I read, what did you think?
