Speed reading for CARS success?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone deliberately practiced speed reading to improve their CARS score?

I found this interesting link and I figured if you can apply it then you'll have way more time to think about the questions.

For CARS, I think a natural reading speed has to be built up to be able to get through each passage in 3-4 min. Not that all details should be memorized in that time, but main ideas should be understood and highlights made to check back if needed.
