Is there a reason for cutting UNC and UMI? I was under the impression their community health programs were quite good. And why St. Louis?

It's not that cold here!! Baltimore is only slightly warmer....

Edit: OP, I think your chances are excellent at the schools you've listed, and you can cut out quite a few without hurting your chances. If I were you, I'd just eliminate the schools in locations that you're not excited about. As someone from CA, coming to the northeast has been a fine transition, but I hear the midwest winters are on another level.
